Shipping policy

Standard shipping within South Africa

I have a FLAT RATE shipping fee of R120.

This includes local shipping within Cape Town as well as national shipping within South Africa.

An additional surcharge may apply for any outlying areas. These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centres.

 

The handling of packages in transit

I take great care in the packaging of my products to ensure their safe arrival. Once a package is booked in for delivery and collected from me, I have no control in how that package is handled, and so I take no responsibility. However, I care very much about my customers and receiving your package in good condition is very important to me, so should your package arrive and your product was damaged during transit, please email me at dreefinch@gmail.com and I will assist you as best I can.
