The Pamela Chair

The Pamela Chair

Original Miniature Artwork

There was nothing remarkable about this moment, until the light found it.

Suddenly, the curtains looked softer as they pooled onto the floor, the wood warmer, the textures richer — and this beautiful chair became the heart of the room.

There was something about it that felt almost sentient, as though it were gently whispering,

“Rest here for a while. There’s nowhere else you need to be.”

Painted by hand using traditional watercolour techniques on 300gsm Fabriano watercolour paper, this miniature measures only 34 × 45 mm — smaller than a matchbox.

The painting is delicately float-mounted within a warm walnut box frame and protected behind non-reflective museum glass. The glazing has been carefully selected to protect the work while allowing the intricate details of the miniature to remain beautifully clear, resulting in a complete, ready-to-hang artwork.

As with each original in the collection, The Pamela Chair is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, documenting its originality and provenance.
